Buena Vista in Frankfurt

Great food, very poor service. The waiters were extremely rude. Knowing restaurants are normally full on weekend, we reserved a table beforehand to make sure we got a place. We arrived on time, yet weren't greeted/welcome by any waiter and were told to wait by the door (even though we said we had made a reservation). The waiters all seemed too busy on their own and couldn't spare us any time. After 10 minutes of waiting without any sign of being seated we approached another waiter and asked why we had to wait if we had reserved already. He replied that because we were 10 minutes late. Ridiculous! Then he led us to our table while showing an obviously annoying attitude. I am not sure if all the waiters were having a bad day or if the restaurant has some kind of regulation that goes against customer's satisfaction, but I am sure that I'm not going to visit this restaurant ever again since I don't feel being respected here.

Very generous and tasty dishes. Regarding Spanish cuisine, some dishes are more authentic than others.

The food was delicious, the prices okay. The wine is highly recommended. The only drawback was that our glasses were not completely clean, but this was changed after we asked. In addition, the dishes on the mixed platter were not as hot as expected. Otherwise everything was great.

Whether tapas or steak - always worth a visit! 😍 Please get through the lockdown safely!

Food was delicious Salmon and T-bone steak highly recommended. Had 2 rump steaks medium which was rather raw / medium. Prices have been reasonable for the crowd too.

With tapas and steak and reasonable prices and a romantic atmosphere there's no better place to take your loved one in Frankfort.

It was too full, too loud, the tables were very close together, we had to wait 2 hours for the food and not just us. The food came only partially, was not as it was ordered. What was on the plate, tasted very good. I hope that doesn't happen again. 😎😎

Great atmosphere with delicious tapas right in the city. It is very cozy and you can sit here for 1-2 hours and enjoy the food. The prices are quite reasonable and reasonable. In the evening should definitely book in advance because the shop is always well visited.

Lunch menu very good value for money. Service very inattentive and slow. There were almost no guests, if a service employee was there, we weren't served because we weren't in their station.

First of all, I have to highlight the service. Great, nice and attentive service. Everyone is polite and nice. The food was great. Steak from the lava stone, absolute pleasure. Personally, I would only leave the salt off the meat beforehand. But that's probably a matter of taste. Whining at a high level. We'll be back for sure. thank you

Good food, but they don't have Sangria. Found it strange, a Spanish restaurant not having Sangria on a hot summer day.

Food and ambiance

Food was nicely presented and whetted the appetite. Unfortunately, we didn't like it. It tasted more like quick cuisine instead of tasting a craft.

Great atmosphere and AMAZING food! Must try the chorizo in brandy sauce and the chicken with ham and spinach... To die for. Probably one of the best meals we've had in all of Europe!

If you like meat...

Cheap, generous and delicious. The price is cheap, so I placed a lot of orders, but about half left. Especially salad, octopus, soup, fried fish. This is very good value for money in Europe.

Excellent food and great vibe

As soon as you enter the restaurant it stinks from meat. The prices are very high for a tapas place and the service is unfriendly as well. It's a pity centrally located restaurants don't care about customer satisfaction

Best steak I've had for ages. Lucky I wasnt paying though as cost would have made it taste not so good. I would recommend though if you like quality over cost. Tasty......

At first site this looks like as a fancy restaurant, but eventually it is dirty from the inside, the waiters are non-professionals and the food is okayish. It could still be a choice late in the evening, the wine was good.

Great tasting food, well priced but the best thing by far is the atmosphere and table service. This is our go to place for big groups note really recommend booking as this place can get packed which adds to the atmosphere.

Souper. One of the best steak and tapas place in Frankfurt.

Great atmosphere, we shared a la sopresa de la casa, which was delicious and genuine. The aioli is home made and hits the spot!
